About Me

As the leader of the High Capacity Network, I want to welcome men and women who are small business owners, side hustlers, or want to be in the driver seat of their career. When I was a busy professional, I felt stuck and didn't know how to live my best life. It seemed like no one understood me - especially since High-Capacity People often feel alone in their struggles.

However, over the last several years, I have led small groups with other leaders who have helped each other lead by example through group coaching sessions. These experiences have allowed us to gain more confidence in our true selves, and realize our potential to accomplish great things.
